<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Today’s way of diet favors the formation of cholesterol in the blood vessels. The combination of plants such as domestic nettle, mint, hawthorn, yarrow and Dalmatian sage can alleviate problems caused by excessive cholesterol. “Vampire” plant such as hawthorn, which our ancestors used to chase the vampires, is known that, in certain doses, can be used for better circulation and heart function.<\/p>\n
A combination of blackberry and nettle leaves is known from the traditional recipes, and today is used for cardiovascular ailments. Dalmatian sage, which is harvested in the unpolluted parts of Dalmatia away from the road, gives a unique touch to this tea. In the tea blend, there are herbs like sweet mint flavor, astringency nettle, sage bitterness, but also the particular flavor of blackberry leaf that might remind the great connoisseurs of tea on the taste of black tea. It is a very tasty as a cold beverage, so we recommend it in the summer time because of mint, besides cleaning and strengthening the liver, also cools the body.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/div>Put the kettle on the stove (or plug in the electric kettle) and bring the water to boil. When the water\u00a0comes to a rolling boil add 1 tablespoon (big spoon \u2013 tbsp) of herbal tea. Steep for at least 20-25\u00a0minutes. Then, pour the hot tea through the strainer into a cup. Sweeten to taste.\u00a0Sugar, honey or\u00a0lemon are good choices. However, some herbal teas are naturally sweet so you should taste each tea\u00a0by itself first before deciding if sugar, honey or lemon are needed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
