Black tea – PU ERH MINI TOU CHA
€11.00 inc. VATPu-erh or Pu’er is a variety of fermented and aged dark tea produced in Yunnan province, China. Fermentation in the context of tea production involves microbial fermentation and oxidation of the tea leaves after they have been dried and rolled.
After fermentation, this tea is pressed to a bird-nest sha- pe. Following the traditional Chinese tea ceremony the Pu Erh is “washed” first and subsequently brewed for 1 to 2 minutes.
We recommend to use 2 to 3 nests per one liter water.
