Pu-erh mini TOU CHA<\/p>\n

Pu-erh\u00a0or\u00a0Pu’er\u00a0is a variety of fermented and aged\u00a0dark tea\u00a0produced in\u00a0Yunnan\u00a0province in China. Production is highly regulated to ensure the highest quality and authenticity. Only aged tea that comes from Yunnan province can be called Pu-Erh tea. Some trees are said to be over 1,000 years old. The leaves picked from these old trees are referred to as “wild arbor”. The leaves are harvested and sent to Pu-Erh City where each manufacturer blends the leaves to make their own unique and time-honoured recipes. Like the great wine regions of the world, Pu-Erh Tea production is highly regulated to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.<\/p>\n

How is made and how to prepare \u201cPu-erh\u201d TOU CHA<\/p>\n

After fermentation, this tea is pressed into a birds nest shape. Following the traditional Chinese tea ceremony Pu Erh is \u201cwashed\u201d first subsequently brewed for 1 to 2 minutes.
