Pu-erh\u00a0or\u00a0Pu’er\u00a0is a variety of fermented and aged\u00a0dark tea\u00a0produced in\u00a0Yunnan\u00a0province in China. Production is highly regulated to ensure the highest quality and authenticity. Only aged tea that comes from Yunnan province can be called Pu-Erh tea. Some trees are said to be over 1,000 years old. The leaves picked from these old trees are referred to as “wild arbor”. The leaves are harvested and sent to Pu-Erh City where each manufacturer blends the leaves to make their own unique and time-honoured recipes. Like the great wine regions of the world, Pu-Erh Tea production is highly regulated to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.<\/p>\n

How is made and prepare \u201cPu-erh\u201d TOU CHA<\/p>\n

\u201cPu-erh\u201d tea leaves is a very strong and earthy taste and dark cup, \u201cpost-fermented\u201d. Put the kettle on the stove (or plug in the electric kettle) and bring the water to boil. When the water comes to a rolling boil, add one tablespoon (big spoon \u2013 tbsp. 12g ) of Pu-erh tea. Steep for at least 4-5 minutes. Then, pour the hot tea through the strainer into a cup.
