How to prepare tea?

Put the kettle on the stove (or plug in the electric kettle) and bring the water to boil. When the water comes to a rolling boil add 1 tablespoon (big spoon – tbsp) of herbal tea. Steep for at least 20-25 minutes. Then, pour the hot tea through the strainer into a cup. Sweeten to taste. Sugar, honey or lemon are good choices. However, some herbal teas are naturally sweet so you should taste each tea by itself first before deciding if sugar, honey or lemon are needed.
