This tea is recommended for healing liver problems, liver cell regeneration and regulating the secretion of bile.

Plants like mint, chicory, cleavers (lady’s bedstraw), bristles and yarrow are generally in the tradition known as the most useful plants, and every household should use them. Today, people in this hectic time consume so-called “Heavy food” or food that is high in fat, drinking carbonated drinks full of sugar and alcoholic beverages, not thinking that this affects health and metabolism.

This is why we did our best in making tea blend that will improve the function of the liver and bile. The combination of these plants is intended for anyone who wants to balance the metabolism and eliminate toxins that have incurred due to excessive consumption of food and beverages. Tea has an excellent and distinctive taste thanks to many different plants joined, and each one of them has a unique flavor and aroma.

How to prepare tea?

Put the kettle on the stove (or plug in the electric kettle) and bring the water to boil. When the water comes to a rolling boil add 1 tablespoon (big spoon – tbsp) of herbal tea. Steep for at least 20-25 minutes. Then, pour the hot tea through the strainer into a cup. Sweeten to taste. Sugar, honey or lemon are good choices. However, some herbal teas are naturally sweet so you should taste each tea by itself first before deciding if sugar, honey or lemon are needed.
